My Story

Music found me early. At ten years old, my father handed me a drum set and a guitar — and just like that, the spark was lit.

But it wasn't until I turned sixteen that I started recording. Armed with nothing but Audacity and curiosity, I laid down a few covers, mostly for fun. I wasn't taking it seriously yet. I was just experimenting, learning, feeling my way through sound.

Everything changed at eighteen when I discovered FL Studio. Suddenly, I wasn't just playing music — I was creating it. Beats started pouring out of my bedroom, raw and unpolished, but full of energy. A year later, I launched my YouTube channel, Story Teller Beats, and began sharing my work with the world.

The Turning Point

As my skills grew, so did my channel. I opened a BeatStars account, hoping to sell beats online — but the results were slow. That's when I realized: if I wanted to connect with artists, I had to reach out directly.

So I did. And it worked.

Over the next few years, I collaborated with around thirty independent artists, crafting songs that ranged from experimental to polished. Some tracks hit, others didn't — but every single one taught me something new.

A New Chapter

After three years of producing for others, I made a shift. Selling beats was time-consuming, and I wanted to focus on what I loved most: creating instrumental music that moves people.

I started releasing lo-fi instrumentals under the name Story Teller Beats. Today, my tracks are streaming on Spotify, with plays ranging from 1,000 to over 60,000 streams.

Where the Music Comes From

Here's something that might surprise you: I don't listen to music as much as you'd expect from someone who creates it. It's strange, I know — but it's true.

I'm not really a fan of artists. I'm a fan of moments. Certain songs by Ed Sheeran, Dean Lewis, or NF hit me emotionally, and that's what stays with me. My taste is wide — EDM, lo-fi, indie pop — but what matters most is the feeling a track creates.

Sometimes I wonder where my inspiration comes from if I'm not constantly consuming music. But maybe that's the point. I don't copy what I hear — I create from what I feel. And that emotional honesty is what I bring to every beat I make.
